Do you have any of these symptoms:

Breathing that starts and stops during sleep

Frequent loud snoring

Gasping for air during sleep

Dry mouth or headaches

Waking up often during the night to urinate

Sexual dysfunction or decreased libido

Daytime sleepiness and tiredness, which can lead to problems learning, reacting, and focusing

Getting a quality night’s sleep is essential for overall good health. More than 25% of Americans between 30-70 years old have undiagnosed sleep apnea. Untreated obstructive sleep apnea can increase risk of heart attack and stroke. Talk to your IMS provider for more information.

What is IMS Home Sleep Test?

To assess potential need, your IMS provider will ask about your symptoms, risk factors, and whether you have a family history of sleep apnea. Our sleep test known as NightOwl™ offers maximum testing convenience while maximizing the opportunity to collect accurate sleep data:

The NightOwl™ is a fully disposable, FDA-cleared home sleep apnea test (HSAT) that uses peripheral arterial tonometry. Record up to 10 nights of sleep data with a simple, streamlined experience that delivers a highly accurate measurement of sleep health.

  1. Test is done at the comfort of your own home

  2. Cost-effective compared to center-based tests

  3. Fits comfortably on a patient’s index finger

  4. Your provider should receive the report in 2-3 business days after completion of the test

NightOwl saves time and effort for you and your patient by being fully disposable, eliminating the need to coordinate logistics of boxing and shipping the device after usage. It also streamlines the interpretation of sleep data by automatically uploading test results each morning and autoscoring the results.

Patient Instructions about your NightOwl™ Test Kit:

  1. Once you receive your kit follow the instructions inside the box

  2. Install the NightOwl app

  3. You do not need to return the sensor to your provider after your test

  4. Keep the sensor in a safe place as your prescriber may request that you test again in the future

  5. For Patient Test Assistance call: (855) 472-8776
