We are excited to share some great news! IMS Care Center has officially partnered with Privia Medical Group, a national organization of over 4,000 trusted providers committed to delivering high-quality, coordinated care. This partnership will help us further support your health and wellness with expanded resources and technology—all while continuing the personalized care you know and trust.

What does this mean for you?

  • No changes to your care: Our clinic location, providers, staff, hours of operation, and phone number will remain the same.

  • Same friendly team: You will continue seeing the same familiar faces who know your health history.

  • Enhanced communication: You may receive new messages from Privia with wellness tips, reminders, and healthcare updates. Privia is now a trusted partner in your care journey.

What's New?

1. Changes to the Existing IMS Patient Portal

  • Beginning Monday, September 29, 2025

  • Messaging through the IMS portal will be turned off after September 29.

  • You will still be able to log into the current IMS portal to view historical information and pay any outstanding balances from visits before this date.

  • We encourage all patients to transition to the new myPrivia portal promptly once notified.

2. Introducing the myPrivia Patient Portal

In the coming weeks, you will receive an email from Privia Medical Group with instructions to register for the new myPrivia Patient Portal. This secure platform, powered by Athenahealth, allows you to:

  • Schedule appointments

  • Make secure payments

  • Refill medications

  • Message your provider

  • View your medical records
