She has been a nurse for 19 years with experience in critical care, recovery room, pre-op and nursing management at Banner Boswell Hospital. She was named Nurse of the Year in 2016 for her contribution to the nursing profession. Megan also has her Master’s degree in nursing education and has worked as adjunct clinical faculty at Grand Canyon University and Glendale Community College Nursing programs.
Megan was born and raised in Arizona. She lives in Surprise with her husband of 20 years, daughter, son, black lab and mini schnauzer. She comes from a long line of firefighters: her husband, dad, brother, cousins and uncles have worked throughout the valley. She loves to camp in northern Arizona, vacation in southern California and spend time in the pool with her family and dogs. She is a die hard Cardinals and Suns fan!
Megan is excited to join the IMS family and looks forward to providing a level of care that supports and encourages positive physical and mental health.
