Dr. Jenna Spears is a board-certified cardiologist with advanced fellowship training in cardiac electrophysiology from the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She specializes in diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders, including conditions that cause the heart to beat too fast, too slowly, or irregularly.

Her expertise includes the evaluation and treatment of a wide range of arrhythmias, as well as catheter ablation, a minimally invasive procedure used to treat certain abnormal heart rhythms. She also provides medical management and long-term care for patients with pacemakers, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs), and cardiac resynchronization devices that help regulate and support the heart's rhythm and function.

Dr. Spears is also trained in the WATCHMAN™ procedure, which closes off a small area of the heart where blood clots can form in some patients with atrial fibrillation. This treatment may be an option for certain patients who are not suitable candidates for long-term blood-thinning medication.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Spears has presented her research at national conferences and published in leading electrophysiology journals. She is committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based, and individualized care, taking the time to understand each patient's concerns and develop a treatment approach that fits their unique needs.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Spears enjoys traveling, swimming, hiking, and reading.
