David Chadwick, DO
David Chadwick, DO was born in California and raised in the small town of Marion, WI. Dr. Chadwick started his career in healthcare working as a nursing assistant in an assisted living facility while completing his Bachelor’s Degree. His positive experience as a nursing assistant led him to pursue a career in medicine. After graduating from Maranatha Baptist University in Wisconsin, he then moved to Glendale, AZ where he completed his Master of Arts in Biomedical Sciences at Midwestern University. Dr. Chadwick attended the same university for medical school and completed his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Chadwick trained in residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ where he gained diverse clinical experience including hospital medicine,
chronic disease management, emergency medicine, geriatrics, and pediatrics. Dr. Chadwick is committed to improving the lives of his patients through quality, patient-centered health care. He enjoys seeing patients of all ages, from children to geriatric.
Outside of his job in healthcare, Dr. Chadwick enjoys reading, hiking, trying different
restaurants, traveling, concerts, and sports.
