Maria Silva joined IMS in 2008 and serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer overseeing the credentialing and human resources departments. As an Arizona native, she received a Bachelors degree in Global Business and a Masters in Business Administration from Arizona State University. She is also a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is an active member of the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Maria has over 15 years of experience as a human resources executive with success in leading strategically focused organization growth and transformation.
Her core competencies include: payroll/executive compensation, employee relations, compliance, employee engagement, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management and training & development. Maria enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters as well as volunteering with various local charities and her church.
