Ann is a native Hoosier attending Indiana Purdue University (IPFW) then completing her Bachelor of Science in PA studies at the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Ann began her PA career in Sports Medicine then spent 7 years as an Interventional Radiology PA performing US and Fluoroscopy guided central line placements and seeing clinical consults for Back Pain, Sciatica, Spinal Fractures, Uterine Fibroids, Varicose Veins, and PVD in Indianapolis. In 2008, she joined the Air Force as a 1st LT serving in the Luke AFB Family Practice Clinic. During her third year of service she deployed to Afghanistan for nine months as the US Medical Officer on a French Base under Task Force Lafayette and as medic on US Provincial Reconstruction Team missions with local leaders for which she was awarded a Bronze Star Medal. Upon returning from deployment, she received her Masters of PA studies from University of Nebraska. After her four year commitment, she separated as a Captain with an Honorable discharge.

She joined the IMS Team August 2013 working with Pain Management located in Goodyear, AZ. Ann enjoys nature and adventure through hiking, running, cycling, ice skating, and finds learning about other cultures fascinating when traveling abroad. She resides in Goodyear with her Fiancé and 2 daughters, and her son lives in Seattle.
